Fried dosa

Ingredients: 2 dried chilies (cut into small pieces) - optional 2 small onions (sliced thin) 1 spoon chili paste 2 spoon oil (I used Alif Cooking oil, you can you any oil) ½ spoon mustard seeds Salt to taste ¼ cup hot water

1. Put a wok on the stove and switch on the stove to medium heat. 2. When the pot is hot, pour 2 tbsp of oil. 3. Once the oil is hot, put the ½ tbsp mustard seeds into the hot oil. The mustard seeds will start popping. 4. Immediately add the dried chilies and the sliced onions into the pot and stir. 5. Keep stirring until the union turn to white color.

1. Add the chili paste into the pan. 2. Keep stirring. 3. Once the mixture dries up add ¼ glass of hot water and salt to taste. 4. Keep stirring.

Add the dosa which you tore into small pieces.

Mix till the dosa color change into chili color.

3. Taste the dosa to see if you have added enough salt. You can add more salt if needed.

4. Remove the fried dosa from the wok.
