The main group of characters are the Fresh Ladies, comprised of Alyssa, Chloe, Emily, Julia and Sue. There are also side characters, Lily, Susan, Angela, and Devilla..

[Audio] If you are watching Freshwomen episodes 1-4, you may want to watch out for potential spoilers. In this scene, we find the protagonist in their bedroom, meeting a new character, Lily. The protagonist can make different choices that lead to different outcomes. For example, if they chose to call her Lily, they are rewarded relationship points, while if they let Chloe get the book, they are rewarded with fan service. Ultimately, it is up to the viewer to choose and find the outcome they prefer." In this episode of Freshwomen, we follow the protagonist's journey as they encounter a new character, Lily. With each choice they make, more of the story and plot is revealed. It is possible to gain relationship points and fan service depending on which option you choose. towards your favorite girl(s).

In this episode, Alyssa is encountered in the streets and the protagonist has to decide whether to take off his shirt in her presence. Afterward, we follow the protagonist back home, where he wakes up with a job to do and has the option of making a joke about 'auntie', though it has no consequence. In the suitcase room, you have the choice of looking around or staying put. At the beach with Sue, the possible choices are fan service, complimenting her, or not doing anything.
