[Audio] EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE In case of emergency, the alarm will be activated Step 1 : Cease activities Once the alarm has sounded, Stop all work activities immediately and follow instruction from your evacuation marshal. If safe to do so, turn off any electrical equipment to prevent hazards Step 2: Exit workstation Do not collect any personal belongings. Calmly follow the emergency signage to evacuation routes and use the nearest safe fire exit. If it is safe to do so, help those who may need assistance, such as visitors or individuals with disabilities. Do not use Elevators and main stairway and Remove high heels when exiting. Step 3: Proceed to Assembly Point Proceed to the designated assembly area. There are 5 assembly points located outside the building at the North, South, East and West ends of the building. Evacuation marshals will conduct a sweep of the building to ensure everyone has exited safely. First aid boxes will be taken by first aiders to assembly points. Do not run, shout and push whilst on route to assembly point. Step 4: Roll Call At the assembly point, stand in an orderly manner. The evacuation marshals will conduct a roll call to ensure everyone is accounted for. Responsible managers are to ensure that visitors and contractors have safely evacuated. Step 5: Wait Remain at the assembly point until instructed by the Emergency CoOrdinator to re-enter the building when safe to do so. Stay calm and composed to ensure a smooth evacuation process. Lastly No personnel are to give information to the press.
