It is easy to get frustrated with other group members. It can be difficult to listen to my classmate's ideas.

As a team, we must brainstorm together. It is important that we respectfully listen to each member. I also must share my opinion when it is my turn in a clear, organized way.

Another important part of group work is being able to compromise. Sometimes we will not use my ideas and use others' ideas instead, and that is okay..
