Smart fishing Gear. However, there are still some fishing gear that can't be made to be biodegradable well not yet anyways, or they just aren't cost effective for fisherman to want to buy these options over unstainable products. This means we still need to focus on the correct way to discard used unwanted fishing gear for everyone to enjoy the environment.

My soloution. May be an image of outdoors. I would like to see more collection bins available within in Great Southern, and I am aiming to get a larger collection point at local rubbish tips for people to collect larger portions of fishing waste at home such as ropes, nets- items that can't fit in small rec fish bins- There is a possibility for the city to then send these of for recycling it is evident that this is possible as it is been done in in England as seen in article Welsh Government (2022) otherwise to safely dispose of the waste into landfill. This large net was found by Katie B in Nornalup along the beach a few years ago, but it shows what large amount of waste needs options to be disposed off correctly..
