This was followed by Radhika A, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Alshifa College of Arts and Science, Perinthalmanna, Kerala, who presented on "Anna Karenina" by Leo Tolstoy. The Valedictory Session of the Reading Club for the academic year was held on 12 February 2026. The session featured two insightful talks by distinguished speakers. Ms. Mariyumma, Professor of English at Safi Institute of Advanced Study, delivered a thought-provoking lecture titled "The Archetype of the Reader." The second speaker, Greeshma, I M.A. English Language and Literature student from JSS College of Arts and Science, presented on the topic "The Power of a Good Book." The sessions of the reading club fostered academic collaboration, critical inquiry, and meaningful literary engagement, strengthening the intellectual community across institutions..

[Audio] On the 15th of August 2025, the Grama Sabha meeting was held at the Samudhaya Koodam, Bellattimattam, for the villages that come under the Yedappalli Panchayat. The officer in charge clearly read out the details of various welfare schemes and the types of assistance that can be sought by the villagers.The public also took a pledge for health awareness and hygiene.
