We can then network and create a job search plan to secure the job you want. Together, crafting a personalised career plan which will guide you to your goals can be achieved with the right preparation..

Self-Assessment: Participants will complete a series of self-assessment exercises to identify their strengths, interests and values. Career Exploration: Participants will explore a variety of career paths, industries, and sectors that align with their strengths and interests. Skills Assessment: Participants will assess their current skills and identify any skills they need to develop to pursue their chosen career path. The Modern Workplace>  Participants will understand how to work effectively in the modern workplace ad be able discuss subjects such as 2 way trust, working to outcomes and shared vision Networking and Job Search Strategies: Participants will learn about effective networking and job search strategies to help them secure their ideal job including Linkedin Personalised Career Plan: Participants will work with a coach to design a personalized career plan that aligns with their strengths, interests, and values. Action Plan: Participants will create  their own  action plan to help them achieve their career goals, including specific steps they need to take to develop the necessary skills, network, and secure their ideal job.

The question is, how can you do that?  Think of your USP as your TV commercial. If commercials convince people to buy products, your USP should convince recruiters to hire you. Begin by identifying your unique selling point. To incorporate your USP into the personal branding you use for your resume, we can ask ourself a few questions
