[Audio] There have been numerous changes in the MHMR Residential department with the expectation of many more that will happen over the next few to several years. This memo is to inform you that if there is a failure to follow any or all directives that have been presented by the Residential Program Manager for a conversation, discussed as a change/ modification/edit/or deletion, reviewed (individually, or group setting), and signing of Memorandums. The staff or group of staff will Receive supervision (for thirty days) with a written memorandum (the first offense – remains permanently in Residential staff member records). The staff will receive supervision with the understanding that there is a performance issue in the staff member(s) actions, job performance, or lack of knowing their duties/ or responsibilities. Supervision is not a written counseling but serves as a tool to allow a conversation, address issues, and provide/receive a clear understanding of what should happen to correct the problem(s). Receive a written counseling memorandum and a Corrective Action for performance issue(s) (second offense – will go to HR for permanent record). The staff will receive written counseling and verbal explanation of the staff member(s) adverse actions, poor job performance, inability to meet department and organizational standards, or lack of knowing their duties/ responsibilities. All documentation involved will be kept in the staff department records and a copy will be requested to be placed in the staff member's permanent records with the HR department as official records. 3. Receive a written counseling memorandum and a Corrective Action for performance issue(s) ( Termination – will go to HR for permanent record). The staff will receive written counseling and verbal explanation of the staff member(s) adverse actions, poor job performance, inability to meet department and organizational standards, or lack of knowing their duties/responsibilities. All documentation involved will be kept in the staff department records and a copy will be requested to be placed in the staff member's permanent records with the HR department as official records. After the second written counseling memorandum and Corrective Action. The Program Manager will request and push for the termination process with the HR department. After reviewing this video, You are required to review and sign the Memorandum for this video. The Memorandum will ask you to I acknowledge receipt of the memorandum.
