[Audio] University Extension Agenda The Rizal Technological University recognizes the role of the academe in sharing its resources, knowledge, and expertise to the members of the community. The Extension and Community Services Center ( ECSC) through the different colleges develops and conducts extension programs and community services based on identified agenda/ priorities. The RTU Extension Agenda is in line with the Philippine government's thrust to mobilize knowledge and technology towards enhancing productivity, generating employment and reducing poverty. Essentially, extension services and programs enable the academic institution to be a catalyst in social transformation through social engineering. In view of the extension programs and community services are developmental, integrated, inclusive and sustainable. This will give significant continuous need to drive greater throughput that will increase efficiency and reduce costs in the industry. The target beneficiary are machine operator, technicians, or students of possible sectors like industries, departments or schools. [Audio] C. SYSTEMATIC AND EFFECTIVE PROCEDURES The Rizal Technological University promotes quality policies with systematic procedure and ensures the effectiveness of work activities. Hence, the Extension and Community Services Center ( ECSC) provided standard operating procedure to institutionalize the procedure of approval, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of faculty extension programs. The approval of extension programs is evaluated on its agenda, relevance, sustainability and impact. These core factors are significant for the ECSC, with the help of panel of evaluators during the in-house review, to have quality extension programs of the faculty members of the university. The ECSC also provides different forms, documentation procedures and guidelines for the implementation and status monitoring of the extension program. The Center has technological laboratory facilities that can be utilize in related extension programs to computer access, electrical and electronics circuitry, and other vocational courses. In case of conduction of outreach program, the University provides vehicles for transportation. The Center have identified consumable supplies and materials relating to the different extension program thru the resources indicated on the extension capsule. PARTICIPATION OF SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF STAKEHOLDERS The Extension and Community Services Center ( ECSC) conducted Stakeholder Meeting last September 14, 2021 with the theme " Building Resilient Partnership for a Sustainable and High Impact Extension Programs". The meeting was intended to redesign of extension programs to have the adaptability to any situation. The meeting via zoom online application was attended by 129 participants, stakeholders, and faculty members from different colleges. The meeting was composed of messages from selected stakeholders, open forum in the update of the current situation, provision of colleges' best practices and awarding of appreciations.
