[Audio] Next Is Involuntary Separation. It refers to dismissal from employment due to the actions or decisions of the employer and not the employee. Here are the Reasons for InVoluntary Separation. Admin Case. Non-Regularization. Redundancy. Retrenchment. Termination due to illness or disability. Retirement. and lastly is Death..

[Audio] The Resignation Process. Start the Employee submits resignation letter to his/her immediate superior and secure approval. Next the Immediate superior will approve the resignation letter, finalize last day of work, and secure final approval of the G M or M D (Discuss leave balance if any). Next the G M or M D will approve the agreed effective date of resignation. After the Approval G.m. or M D will notify H R via email and submit the signed copy..

[Audio] Next H R will acknowledge the receipt of the resignation letter and update payroll system.
