Balancing school, work, and family responsibilities led me to question my ability to handle everything effectively. Upon identifying the areas where I was struggling, I took the initiative to prioritize and address them systematically. Recognizing weaknesses is crucial, as they can impede personal growth and hinder a business's performance. By identifying these issues early on, I was able to mitigate potential losses in both income and personal development. Many of the opportunities I encountered stemmed from interactions with church members and insights gained during therapy sessions. Their valuable advice proved instrumental in my development. Additionally, I received essential support during SNTs, where I was guided on enhancing my health, improving communication skills, and managing finances more effectively. These experiences contributed significantly to my overall well-being, reducing stress at work and enhancing my managerial capabilities. A clear and calm mind has enabled me to delegate tasks more efficiently and to listen to my employees with empathy when necessary..

[Audio] SWOT – Threats I recognized that I was my own greatest obstacle, which posed a significant threat to my goals. Threats can manifest as challenges that hinder both individuals and businesses from achieving their objectives. In my case, stress stemming from a shortage of employees, disruptions in cargo shipments, and high customer expectations contributed to these challenges. Acknowledging these threats prompted me to take proactive measures, including tripling the number of candidate interviews, exploring alternative shipping methods, and maintaining professional engagement with customers. These strategies not only facilitated my personal growth but also enhanced my ability to support those around me, both in the workplace and beyond..

Specific: Exercising every day / Adding funds to 401K and paying off debt Measurable: Tracking my workouts in my notepad and setting alarms / Tracking spending or savings Actionable: Starting with cardio, then more intense workouts / avoid unnecessary spending and eating certain foods Rewarding: Having better health and being active in the working environment / Better finance eliminates stress Time Specific: Continuing this regimen for 90 days / Track good habits and incorporate them in every day lifestyle Action steps 1. Improve my diet, meal prep, set reminders, preventing bad purchases 2. Pray and seek therapy 3. Find workout buddies, research healthy diets, invest, and budget 4. As an introvert, I often find it challenging to express myself effectively, which is why I have turned to this tool for guidance. Open – I'm known to be quiet , calm, good problem-solver/ decision maker, take initiative to do task that others can't..

Ultimately, the Johari Window framework provided valuable insights into how my team perceives me and highlighted areas for improvement in my communication and leadership effectiveness. Research indicates that our social environments play a crucial role in shaping our experiences, and I have benefited from the support of others through prayer, advice, and encouragement. This physical development has not only boosted my self-confidence, which has been recognized by those around me, but it has also alleviated stress. I now communicate effectively and engage in professional conversations with ease, allowing me to better manage my emotions and consider the perspectives of others. The knowledge and care I have gained from this training are exceptional. Recently, I organized a successful project at our camp aimed at cleaning the area to combat pollution, foster camaraderie, and promote physical health, further demonstrating the positive impact of these experiences.
