[Audio] Ideas will be eligible for consideration if they are ORIGINAL ideas that may improve any of the following aspect: Process Simplification/Improvement (e.g. Non-value activities) Cost Saving (e.g. Direct or Cost Avoidance) Efficiency Improvement (e.g. through Automation like Excel macro or RPA) Quality Improvement (e.g. Accuracy, Customer satisfaction) Controls Improvement.
