02-1000 by Clean O2 Eco-Friendly Corporation. The ETV Number assigned to the O2-1000 of the Eco-Friendly Corporation is ETV 19-005. The ETV Test Plan for the said technology was implemented on November 2019 and the ETV Report and ETV Statement have been issued on December 2019. For the ETV, applicable laws identified for compliance were RA 8749 – Clean Air Act and RA 6969 – Toxic and Hazardous Substances and Nuclear Wastes Based on the results of the ETV conducted for O2-1000 of the Eco-Friendly Corporation, the gas emissions, including dioxins and furans, are within the standard limits set forth in the Clean Air Act. Toxicity, ignitability, corrosivity and reactivity test conducted for the residual ash from the O2-1000 also indicated that it is non-hazardous since the results are within the standards in accordance to the procedural manual for hazardous waste developed by DENR-EMB for Ra 6969..
