Actualmente ya se están llevando a cabo iniciativas como la propuesta de la Comisión Europea de crear un Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial, que garantice que los sistemas de IA desarrollados y utilizados en la Unión sean seguros y justos, o la Carta de Derechos Digitales adoptada por el Gobierno, en la que se establece un conjunto de derechos a proteger en el contexto de la nueva realidad digital..
