Ethical Design Review for Mini-Courses

Welcome learners. In this walkthrough, we will use the ethical design justification template to review a mini course activity, identify a risk, make a correction, and decide what evidence to check afterward..

Start by asking what learners will actually experience. Ethical design is not only about whether the content is accurate. It also includes access, fairness, representation, assessment, privacy, and trust..

Now we build a simple risk register. We are not trying to predict everything. We are looking for plausible risks that could affect access, fairness, representation, assessment, privacy, or trust..
