EQ-Corporate will ensure one entry point and process flow on all EQ-FIN Corporate Funds to our: Wealth Planners Personal Assistants  Employer (our wealth planner on record has the option of the employer to liaising directly with EQ-Corporate on administrative request). Processing request types: We will ensure upfront requirements management and submission to Liberty Corporate Benefits and regular communication to the Wealth Planner, Personal Assistant and or Employer on outstanding requirements, estimated time of completion, progress updates and final resolution submitted request.

New business and enhancements We will partner with our Wealth Planner and Liberty Corporate Specialist at application stage to act as a liaison between the Underwriters and the members on matter pertaining to the risk benefits. This process will include: Completion of the tele underwriting consent form per member and submission to Liberty Corporate underwriting. Tracking of the tele interview. Loading and tracking of the nurse’s request for requested bloods. Provide decision letter to the wealth planner and member.   Ensure that fund pack in respect of insured benefits are issued and examined for submission to the wealth planner.

Scene 4

Retail leads opportunities on existing funds: EQ-Corporate gather full member information on each fund, we will then partner with EQ-FIN Client Experience Centre to distribute and track these leads. This will assist our Wealth Planners to ringfence there existing funds, drive there retail new business submission and promote fund retention as the Wealth Planners will not only have a relationship with the decision makers.  Reporting information: EQ-Corporate will provide each Wealth Planner with a consolidated weekly report of all processing requests submitted.  Anniversary/ Renewal  Prepare of renewal packs which will include the member benefit statements one month before the renewal month, this will be distributed to the wealth planner. EQ-Corporate will provide each Wealth Planner with a consolidated list of anniversary/renewal date, member size, fund value and API.
