Scene 1 (0s)

[Audio] Welcome to the Environmental Objectives and Targets training. At Golden Bridge International Group, we're committed to reducing our environmental footprint through measurable goals focused on energy, water, and waste. These targets help us strengthen our sustainability practices and demonstrate our collective responsibility to protect the environment..

Scene 2 (14s)

[Audio] Our sustainability goals focus on four key areas. First, energy — we're dedicated to reducing overall energy consumption over time through smarter operations and efficiency improvements. Second, water — we aim to decrease water usage across all our facilities by promoting conservation and responsible use. Third, recycling — our goal is to improve recycling rates significantly, ensuring that more materials are reused and less ends up in landfills. And finally, sustainability — we're committed to using solar power to meet part of our energy needs, supporting clean and renewable energy for the future..

Scene 3 (30s)

[Audio] Our first area of focus is energy. We aim to reduce our electricity intensity by eight percent compared to our baseline year. We'll track performance using the formula: kilowatt hours divided by outbound units per one thousand. In addition, we'll maintain or improve the percentage of solar power we use on-site, ensuring our renewable energy system provides maximum benefit to the facility. Our water objectives focus on efficient use and rapid response. We plan to reduce water intensity by five percent compared to the baseline year, using the formula gallons divided by average full-time equivalent employees. Equally important, all leaks must be repaired within seven days of detection to prevent waste and maintain compliance. Next, we're targeting significant improvements in waste diversion and recycling. Our goals include capturing at least 85 percent of OCC or cardboard, and 70 percent of LDPE film. We'll also increase pallet reuse by 25 percent compared to the baseline. We aim to cut landfill intensity by 10 percent and ensure fewer than 5 percent of bins fail inspection each month due to contamination..

Scene 4 (1m 7s)

[Audio] Tracking our progress is essential to understand how well we're meeting our environmental objectives. At Golden Bridge, we collect and review data on energy, water, and waste each month. This allows us to identify trends, evaluate where improvements are happening, and take corrective action when results fall short. Each year, we review this data to compare against our baseline from Fall 2025 to 2026.This process ensures that our sustainability goals remain measurable, transparent, and achievable — driving continual improvement across our operations..

Scene 5 (1m 22s)

[Audio] Every employee plays an important role in meeting these goals. You can help by turning off lights and equipment when not in use, reporting any water leaks immediately, and following the proper waste segregation process. By working together, we can reduce energy and water use while increasing recycling and landfill diversion..

Scene 6 (1m 43s)

[Audio] Our collective efforts make sustainability possible. Every small action contributes to a larger impact. By staying engaged and following these objectives, Golden Bridge International Group will continue building a greener, more sustainable future for all..
