Guided by our commitment to creating meaningful social impact, our employees actively contribute their time, skills, and passion to support communities and environmental causes. This presentation highlights our collective efforts and achievements through volunteering initiatives up to July 2026..

[Audio] Our employee volunteering program has witnessed remarkable participation over the years. From 924 volunteers in FY 2022 to over 3,400 volunteers in FY 2024, and nearly 2,900 volunteers engaged during FY 2025-26, the spirit of giving back continues to grow. During this period, healthcare activities accounted for 61 percent of volunteer participation, followed by environmental sustainability at 29 percent and financial inclusion initiatives at 10 percent." Together, our volunteers have created over 2,000 seed balls, planted more than 3,000 saplings, prepared over 200 soccer balls for wildlife enrichment activities, made 85 bird feeders for wild birds, and contributed more than 400 units of blood through donation drives. These achievements reflect our unwavering commitment to community welfare and environmental stewardship..

[Audio] Our volunteers have participated in a diverse range of community-focused initiatives. These include health check-up camps, craft-making activities alongside persons with disabilities, plantation drives, clean-up campaigns, and awareness programs designed to create lasting positive change." "Employees also supported walkathons promoting health and wellness, IEC painting activities, community awareness programs at BGCT centers, career guidance sessions for aspiring youth, and women empowerment initiatives. Every activity offered employees an opportunity to connect with communities while making a meaningful difference.".

[Audio] Our volunteering efforts extend to hands-on activities that directly support community development. Volunteers contributed to craft-making programs, Teaching and Learning Material kit preparation, and combined educational resource activities that benefit schools and learning centers." "We also supported the registration process for blind cricket participants and actively participated in the Reach Clean India campaign. These initiatives demonstrate how employee engagement can create inclusive opportunities and strengthen community well-being.".

[Audio] Beyond volunteering, our commitment to financial literacy continues through the MoneyMinded program. Supported by more than 20 active trained members and over 240 trained facilitators, the program primarily uses face-to-face engagement while also leveraging digital channels to expand its reach." "Since 2013, the program has positively impacted over 34,700 participants, including more than 300 members of the transgender community and over 600 persons with disabilities. Through more than 600 learning sessions, the initiative has reached over 27,500 students and supported more than 1,500 support staff members, empowering them with essential financial knowledge and life skills.".
