[Audio] All employees undergo regular performance evaluations to assess productivity, adherence to company standards, and overall contribution. Evaluations impact promotions, reclassifications, and terminations. As a new hire, you are automatically classified as a Probationary employee. That means, your evaluation may be given during the third and/or fifth month of employment. This evaluation determines your regularization, among other things. Once regularized, evaluations are usually scheduled annually..

[Audio] All Full-time staff members are expected to work eight working-hour days from Mondays to Saturdays. Weekly online meetings and reporting are also scheduled. Emergency meetings may be scheduled outside the regular weekly meetings. The company does not use any time-tracking tools. Instead, it relies on trust and confidence that employees will work during their scheduled hours. Please read this slide carefully for more information about your work schedule..

[Audio] Leaves of Absence must be filed if an employee is unable to work. Since we don't use a time tracker that will monitor your actual hours you resume from work, we encourage to file a full day leave. For more information, please read the details on this slide. Under the Probationary status, any leaves, filed or unfiled, will be unpaid, regardless of the reason. Once regularized, you will be entitled to both Vacation Leaves and Sick Leaves..

Vacation or planned leaves must be filed at least two weeks in advance, while sick or emergency leaves should be reported immediately and filed upon return. Absences without notice lasting more than three consecutive days are considered AWOL and may result in salary deductions or termination. Married employees are entitled to maternity or paternity leaves in accordance with legal provisions. Family or personal emergencies (e.g. being victims of a robbery or fire, having to pay funeral fees) 2. Payment for Hospital bills Full Time Employees who want to request a cash advance must fill out the Cash Advance Form. Employees must meet the requirements to ask for advance pay. [Audio] Full time staff are required to open a Unionbank Savings Account. You may do this via their online app. This is to ensure seamless transaction since Speedtalk is using Unionbank for business banking. A separate video tutorial on how to open an account will be sent to you. Your pay is released on a semi-monthly basis. Every fifth and twentieth of each month, your pay will automatically be transferred to your bank account. If you are not based in the Philippines, there may be a variation in the method of releasing your pay. This will be discussed with you separately..
