KG2- 📝 Transport Renewal If you wish to avail the school transport, kindly fill out the transport renewal form and submit it by hand to the Transport Department. 🪑 Seating & Capacity School buses will operate at 100% capacity on all trips. Each student will be assigned a permanent seat for both onward and return trips. 💰 Fees Transport fees are to be paid on a term-wise basis. 📍 Change of Location Any change in pickup/drop location must be intimated a month in advance by emailing the Transport Department, with a CC to the school email ID. 🚫 Discontinuing Transport If you wish to discontinue the transport service, please inform us at least one month before the term ends. ⏰ Early Pickup Requests For early pickup, send an email one hour before the scheduled pickup time. ⚠️ Requests cannot be sent through the driver or conductor – only official emails will be entertained 📘 Bus Rules & Policies Please refer to the school diary (pages 27 to 28) for detailed transport policies and bus rules. 🚶‍♀️ Dispersal Dispersal is staggered.
