Is EDVES software installed on the computer?
Answer: No. EDVES is a cloud based software so it
can be accessed from anywhere at anytime and with
any device that has internet accessibility.
Does the portal accept excel up load ?
Answer: Yes. excel can used to compute students
result in bulk, register multiple students and for
some other data input.
When sending result to parents do they

child/children's result.
Can the portal work as a Learning Management
system (LMS)?
Answer: Yes Edves can be used to engage students
online
How flexible is the software?
Answer: Edves Basic is so flexible that certain
reports and certain features can be customized to
meet the needs and peculiarities of the school.
Does the portal generate graphs and other
analytics?
Answer: Yes, the Inrtal generate several analytical
reports.
Can paren ts pay school fees using the portal?
Answer: Yes, parents can pay on the portal via bank
transfer, with their debit card and also in the bank
using a unique code generated from the portal
Will payments made at bank reflect on the portal?
Answer: Yes, parents can make payment to the bank
using the Parent Code generated for them by the
School, this way the payment will automatically
reflect on the portal.
Can EDVES be of help during School fees drive?
Answer: Yes. payment reminder can be sent to
defaulters, this will quote the students name, the
amount the parent owes the school and a link to pay
online.
What if there is a system crash in our school, what
happens to the school data?
Answer: Your data is not stored on your system but
or the cloud. So, if your system crashes it does not
affect the data stored on EDVES.
How secured is the platform?
Answer: the platform is secured and encrypted
