The senior citizens are not tech-savvy.  They need easy to use applications.  Call customer care to book a cab. Pick-up location would automatically be retrieved via GPS services.  An option to have a caretaker in the cab (who can be booked during the call itself).

Map the meet-up locations close to the elderly's location with other people of the same age group.   Help them plan/organize their meetings and will remind them of events preplanned.
