[Audio] This is a representation of the airport map. We are now at the Super Gate 3 and Heading toward the DXB- ITP Office on Quebec Apron. At Our Right, it is the Echo Apron, which is mainly hosting cargo and budget airlines. At our left we will see the Terminal 2. Driving speed is 25 kilometer per hour, our trip will take approximately 10 minutes. In the opposite direction, we have a satellite office 1, close to Concourse Delta and satellite office 2, close to Golf apron, where the operators take rest between flights. Then we will have concourses Alpha, Bravo and Charlie. And at the opposite end of the airport, we have the joint industry fuel farm at the Golf Apron. The airport is approximately 7 kilometers long and 2 kilometers wide. It takes approximately more than an hour to take a round of the airport..

[Audio] General Rules at the Airport Please remember that you are not allowed to carry the items displayed in the pictures on the Apron. Please adhere to the DXB apron Ground Rules By Keep your Airport Security Pass visible. Always remain accompanied by a Shell host whilst in the depot or apron. Always wear appropriate PPEs in designated areas. Be always careful when moving around in the premises. Report any spillages or unsafe conditions observed. Also Don't Smoke inside the office or apron. Smoking is only allowed at designated locations. Don't Use mobile phone or camera within the airport except inside the office. Don't Bring food and/or drinks on the Apron. Don't Share access cards or security passes with others..

HEAD PROTECTION EYE PROTECTION EAR PROTECTION BODY PROTECTION that includes Anti Static clothing Safety vest with anti static & Fire Retardant, highly visible reflectorized straps HAND PROTECTION FOOT PROTECTION..

[Audio] Please remember the following instruction in case you or any one of your colleague gets in contact with JET A- 1. INHALED. Remove to fresh air SKIN CONTACT. Flush skin with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes in nearest EMERGENCY SHOWER. EYE CONTACT. Flush eyes with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes in nearest EMERGENCY EYEWASH. SWALLOWED. Do not induce vomiting, and transport to nearest medical facility. NOTE: FUEL SOAKED CLOTHING should only be removed under running shower TO ELIMINATE THE RISK OF IGNITION. SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE IF REQUIRED. First Aid kit is available in office. Trained first aiders are always available in the shifts. Please look for trained on duty First Aider in case of emergency. Report the incident right after to any Shell staff so that further action such as medical treatment can be recommended..

[Audio] Please note that DXB ITP is fully equipped with easy to access and tested emergency equipment. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS are available at easy access locations inside and outside the office. SPILL KIT are available in Hazardous Waste Area near Parking. SMOKE DETECTORS are mounted on ceilings in every location. MANUAL CALL POINTS are mounted on walls near FIRE EXITS..

[Audio] This is a representation of office building layout. ITP offices are located on the 1st floor and Maintenance workshops are located on the ground floor. ITP Building is jointly occupied by all the fuel service providing companies present at Dubai International Airport. You will be shown emergency exits, assembly points and building layout once you reached to the office building. Please note that Shell office and Shell workshop office access is controlled by access control. In case of fire alarm access control will be deactivated automatically and elevator will not be available. Use staircase to go down from the building and gather in the assembly point and wait for the fire warden instructions..
