IT Security Practices: 2FA & IP Whitelisting:We use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on critical portals (Emirates, Air Canada, United) for secure access. Zero-Trust Policy:Access is role-based. Regular audits ensure permissions remain accurate.

Your Responsibility: Never share your 2FA codes or passwords. Always lock your computer when leaving your desk.

Equipment Care & General Guidelines. Responsible Usage & Best Practices.

Taking Care of Equipment: Asset Assignment: Your laptop and accessories are company assets assigned specifically to you. Do not swap hardware. Physical Care: Keep food and liquids away. Use a laptop sleeve/bag during travel. Updates: Do not ignore "Update & Restart" prompts; these include critical security patches.

General Guidelines: Software Policy:
Only install company-approved software. Personal or pirated software is strictly prohibited. Think Before You Click:
Be alert for phishing emails. If a link looks suspicious, do not click—report it to IT immediately.
