Minium 225 EVA Score is required for Part A. Now, let's talk about Part B—your 'Consistency Bonus.' It's simple: Attend the Gate Meeting and complete your 10 'Desired Activities.' Hit those 10 activities daily, and you bag 100% of your daily payout. Consistency is king!.

IREVA - Income Rate per EVA Example: If your PART A Salary is 22500, Expected EVA is 225, IREVA is 22500/225 = 100/ Expected Daily EVA - 7.4 EVA per day Example : Expected EVA is 225 in 30.41 days(monthly avg days= 365/12)- Your Daily EVA is - 225/30.41 = 7.4 EVA per day Daily Part B Salary - Daily Part B Salary amount which you earn basis 10 desired activities. Example : Your Part B Salary is 15000 for 30.41 days(monthly avg days)- Your Daily Part B Salary is - 15000/30.41 = 494/-.
