Specially Facebook and Twitter have grown much faster and captured millions of users in just a few years It has brought a lot of advantages for the society. POINT 1 First and foremost, social media leads to poor time management to the students. This is why time management is very essential for students in school. Research said that they spend about 1.7 hours every day on their various social media sites. V: Responsibility in managing time. Students should be responsible in managing their own time by setting up a certain time to be on social media..

Cyber bullying is the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of intimidating or threatening nature. They can become quite harsh and combative with their words. Often due to this, the students could face anxiety, depression, stress and other mental problems. V: Respect and tolerate where we shouldn’t bully others just for our own happiness or satisfaction. POINT 3 Besides that, social media makes students lazy. It can sometimes promote too much sitting down in one spot for too long. As most students will rather stay at home and copy and paste the opinion of the author of an article rather than go to the library to make findings, enquires, and formulate an independent opinion on such topic or subject of discourse. Laziness also will cause various health issues like fatigue, blood pressure, obesity, stress, depression, etc. V: Discipline in doing work. Students should be discipline doing their school work rather than using social media all the time..
