[Audio] Land price is 50 lac. I am an owner. You want to buy but you have fear that market value will go up. For purchasing land at 50 lac we made a contract for period of two month. After two month land value is 40 lac? What will you do? You will not buy at 50 lac. But after two month if land value is 60 lac, then what will you do? You will buy at 50 lac. So as a buyer, you have choice to buy or not is called call option..
