Functional Areas: Cath Lab Procedure Room Console/Control Room Small Consultation Room Store Room Commercial Terms We propose the following commercial arrangement for the operation of the Cath Lab: A fixed payment of ₹3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs only) per month to the hospital, OR 25% of the total revenue generated during the tenure of our partnership, whichever is higher. Note: Detailed operational terms and conditions will be finalized upon mutual agreement.
