Strengths. Consistent increase in teachers obtaining an ESOL certification Consistent enrollment of English learners Improvement of CCRPI Single Score Data Teacher certificate level increase CCES is a certified STEM school.

Weaknesses. No ESL students earned a distinguished score on Georgia Milestones Students who scored at the developing and proficient level fluctuated over the 3-year span on the Georgia Milestones test, while students at the beginning level remained the same ESL student attendance.
