1. . Improved muscle toning - which means that it focuses on the kicks and strikes when we are performing the Taekwando. And when we are executing those kicks and strikes, we notice that we will lost some weight and improve our muscle..
2. Increased stamina - Taekwando give benefits to our body and it includes on the part of improving our stamnina. It is because that we don't know how long the training of it so, it is important to increase our stamina for us to not easily tired on performing Taekwando..
3. More confidence - We know that Taekwando is very difficult perform but as a biggener we need to be confident and have a positive outlook on ourselves that we can do it properly. We need to perform it confidently even if it is not perfect but at least we are able to perform it confidently..
4. Greater flexibility-In Taekwando it needs greater flexibility because there are many execution that needs our body to be more flexible. And being flexible is very essential in Taekwando..
5. Incredible concentration-It is very important if we show discpline because it will allows us to focus. And it is just important the concentration on performing because we need to be alert for our self- defense situation..
6 . Reflexes you never knew you had in you-If we are trained for example of Taekwando, we are able to do something that we knew we didn't do. It is unexpected and I think it is good for us because in the times that we need those..
7 . More prepared to handle stress- Taekwando helps us overcome our stress and be able to know how to manage it very well. In trainings it is taught to know how to manage our stress because of the instances that we can do to our opponent if we let our stress eat us..
8 . Enhanced cognitive abilities- Taekwando gives positive effects to us because we are physically active..
9 . Respect-It is important to show respect especially on the instructors, peers, friends because they are trained to show respect not only for those people but also outside of the school..
10. Better socialization skills- Socialization skills helps us know how to get along with other people and Taekwando also teaches to have a better socialization skills because sometimes we might get along to other people..
11. Leadership abilities- Leadership is very important to all sports and one of the benefits of Taekwando is to have a Leadership because it will help to work and achieve the common goal..
12 . Accepting and recovering from failure-In a game there is always a one winner and if by any chance we lose, we should know how to accept it, and we should inculcate the sense of humbleness because showing that you accept deafet is also a winner..
13 . Improved ability to plan and follow-through-New learners should know how discipline works in Teakwando training, you should keep in mind that even if you are new in Taekwando, there are things that we need to do like set a specific goals for us to achieve it..
