Our bread options include: Inside-out Jalapeno & Onion Sourdough Gluten Free White Wheat Sourdough Our cheese options include: Pepper Jack Monterey Jack American Sharp Cheddar Our meat options include: Pulled Pork Brisket (Chopped or Sliced) Smoked Jalapeno Sausage or you can choose to do no meat with our grilled jalapeno and onion Our Jalapeno poppers are also completely customizable, but we do have some signatures: The Classic (Jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon) The Mexican Style (Jalapeno stuffed with barbacoa and Oaxaca melting cheese, wrapped in bacon) The Extra Cheesy (jalapeno stuffed with mac & cheese, wrapped in bacon) We also pride ourselves on the "southern comfort" motto and will serve you quickly with a smile on our face. We keep a relatively consistent rotation schedule between downtown lunch spots and campuses (TJC, Texas College, and UT Tyler). This is done to accommodate multiple target markets. We want to ensure everybody gets a little BBQ comfort food. We also are very active on social media, so our followers can easily keep up if we are going to be at a weekend market, or if we change locations. We do also offer a loyalty program and promotional opportunities: Loyalty program – Free sandwich after a certain number of visits Coupons – Social media special deals and random handouts Free samples – Offer mini poppers or bite-size grilled cheese at events to attract new customers.
