We keep a relatively consistent rotation schedule between downtown lunch spots and campuses (TJC, Texas College, and UT Tyler). This is done to accommodate multiple target markets. We want to ensure everybody gets a little B-B-Q comfort food. We also are very active on social media, so our followers can easily keep up if we are going to be at a weekend market, or if we change locations.
