IMPLEMENTATION PLAN. A. Extension Delivery Mode The team will deliver the PaTeGAYON – Cacao Phase 7 to the beneficiaries by utilizing on-site interactive training designed to be flexible and adaptable to both parties. This will be done by dispatching faculty extension developers to the community for in-person training. This approach will be helpful in providing hands-on training and immersion, allowing the faculty extension developers to work closely with the beneficiaries to address their specific needs. This delivery mode will allow actual hands-on experiences and more concrete adult learning. Theoretical discussions will be fully reinforce with workshops and practical activities. Best practices will also be shared among the farmers, technicians and stakeholders..

The team will also utilize its research and development resources to deliver the project. This will include conducting research to identify the community's specific needs and then developing programs and activities tailored to meet those needs. We will also provide technical assistance and support to the beneficiaries to help them to implement the activities that have been developed. Finally, the team will use its outreach and networking resources to connect the community with government line agencies such as DTI, DOST, DSWD, TESDA, etc., and other stakeholders. It will help to ensure that the community has access to their services, programs, grants, and other best practices. Overall, the team will deliver the PaTeGAYON – Cacao Phase 7 by combining on-site and remote learning, research and development, technical assistance, outreach, and networking in a manner that is responsive to the current situation of the community and the university..

Partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders will also be strengthened to ensure continuous community support and access to resources.
