Collect Gangway pass from tag board. Gather at Emergency Assembly Area. Wait for further instructions. Trade Supervisor headcount manpower. Do not re-enter the Vessel. Report any workplace incidents or accidents before leaving the crystal offshore premises..

Heat stress occurs when the body is unable to remove excess body heat, and this excess accumulated heat then harms the body.

Wear loose-fitting and light-colored clothes when outdoors. Work under the shade where possible. Drink lots of water – at least 500ml (one bottle) every hour.

If any pipes are still in service, ensure that they are de-pressorised, gas-freed and free from flammable substance. Hoses and leads should be arranged so that tripping hazards are avoided Gas hoses, torches, blowpipes, pressure regulators, nozzles, connections, flash-back arrestors and nonreturn valves must be inspected every 14 days. Ensure mobile elevated working platform (MEWP) had valid authorized examiner certificate and daily pre-use check are conducted by competent operator. A 100 percent tie-off will require twin-tailed lanyards that allow users to remain anchored to one point of anchorage with one lanyard, while transferring to another point of anchorage with the second one.

Do not use ladders near the edge of an open floor or on scaffolding to gain extra height. DO NOT carry tools in hand when climbing a ladder. Standing on top of a step ladder is highly unsafe and should never be done. If it is necessary to work from a step ladder, work a few steps below the top rung, so that a handhold can be maintained..

Ensure must use tag line all lifting operation. Do not stand under suspended load at all times. Follow lifting colour code for all lifting tools and equipment's..

Such PPE includes insulating gloves, safety footwear and non-conducting clothes. Check the suitability of the connection of the electrical equipment voltage rating to the electrical supply. The electrical supply has been isolated before carrying out work. Socket outlets are not overloaded with multiway adaptors connected to electrical appliances. The worker is trained and competent for the maintenance job..
