DEAR VALUED CONTRACTOR’S/VISITORS. Good day and welcome to LPPC. We are honored to receive you as our valued visitors and contractors. At LPPC, your safety, security, and well-being are our top priorities, along with our commitment to protecting the environment and maintaining the quality of our operations. As part of our responsibility under our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, we want to ensure that your visit is both productive and safe. To achieve this, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in following our site rules and safety requirements during your stay..

GENERAL SAFETY RULES Always wear your visitor’s ID and stay with your LPPC contact person at all times. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required in designated areas. This may include safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, or earplugs depending on your work location. Only authorized personnel are allowed to operate machines, tools, or company vehicles. Observe caution and warning signs, floor markings, and restricted-area designations..

PROHIBITED ACTS. Smoking, vaping, use of alcohol, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Running, horseplay, and any unsafe acts are not allowed. Taking photos or videos is not permitted unless written approval is given..

ENVIRONMENTAL RULES. Follow our waste segregation system – use the proper bins for biodegradable, recyclable, and hazardous waste. Avoid unnecessary use of electricity, fuel, or water while on site. Immediately report any spills, leaks, or unsafe environmental conditions to LPPC staff..

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES. In case of an alarm, stop what you are doing immediately and follow the evacuation plan. Proceed calmly to the nearest emergency exit and move to the designated assembly area. Follow instructions from our trained Emergency Response Team. Do not re-enter the building until the “all-clear” signal is given..

Special Rules for Contractors. Contractors must strictly follow their approved work permits (e.g., Hot Work Permit, Electrical Work Permit, Confined Space Permit, etc.). All tools and equipment must be in safe working condition and subject to inspection by LPPC. Contractors are responsible for the safety of their workers and must brief them before starting any task.
