My Story. I am , Santosh Kumar Panda, a Graduate Mechanical Engineer . I am a Charted Engineer of The Institution Of Engineers (India) After my engineering, I started my career in Sales of Construction Solutions . This provoked me to do MBA . After 2-3 year I lost interest in sales & thought of going for teaching as I have a family background of that so I did M.Phil. But I did not feel motivated to join teaching. In 2007, one of my old business connections offer me to join him in his company to lead the Construction projects. I was very happy & proud as I have to work for the project of An European MNC. But slowly the trouble began. As I 1. Do not have Experience in Construction 2. Do not have the Skills . So again my interest started slipping. But I am fortunate that I met with a Project Consultant from Mexico, his words motivated me a lot & I continued . He told – To be successful you have to be proud of your profession & keep upgrading your skills to match the market demands. As a part of my up skilling I have done courses on Project Management from Institutes Like IIT , Symbiosis In my 14 years of Project Career , I have handled different types of projects, but majority of my experience is in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings..
