Our goal is to position Igatpuri as a leading investment destination, as an alternative to the limited options of Lonavala and Alibag in Maharashtra.

Thane Office: Lunch time is 40 minutes from 1 to 1.40 pm, and Tea break is 4 to 4:20 pm.

It is compulsory to mail or message HR and the concerned person before taking any leave, In case of emergency when leave cannot be applied in advance, telephonic intimation to the immediate reporting manager should be done.

Personal phones should be submitted during office hours.

Nashik Office: Lunch time is 30 minutes from 1 to 1.30 pm. No Tea break

It is compulsory to give notice period of 30 days whenever you want to resign along with a resignation mail to HR and the concerned person.

This SIM and the mobile provided by office is returnable upon discontinuation of the service to the company / company assigned person. This facility is provided purely for official purpose. In case of loss of SIM, the employee must inform the HR Department as soon as possible to avoid any misuse of the SIM. If the SIM card or the mobile is lost by the employee, its amount will be bead by the employee.

If anyone found doing any illegal or any fraudulent activity, severe action will be taken against him/her.

The duty must be performed in good faith and a brief reporting of the work done in the entire day must be given to the concerned person.

Under no circumstances should employees leave the assigned work area early without permission.

In our workplace, gossip is an activity that can drain, distract and downshift our job satisfaction. We all have participated in this, yet most of us say we don’t like it.
