At Constellium, we have always placed great emphasis on protecting and promoting the health and safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate.

We are all responsible for maintaining safety as a core value! If you see an unsafe situation, speak up. It could save a life.  All employees are responsible for following all safety protocols, including proper usage of PPE at all times.

Everyone is entitled to be treated with respect at work. Respect is important for a harmonious workplace, where the rights of employees are upheld, and where their dignity is guaranteed, free from intimidation, discrimination or coercion of any kind.

Sexual harassment – which may include unwanted sexual advances, sexual jokes, subtle or overt pressure for sexual favors, sexual innuendoes or offensive propositions – is not tolerated.  Harassment is any unwelcomed advance, remark or statement, request for favor, and other verbal, visual, written and/or physical conduct. Constellium promotes a work environment free from sexual harassment. The company strongly disapproves of, and will not tolerate, sexual harassment committed by anyone, employee or non-employee. Please bring all complaints to HR. Once a complaint is brought to management, an investigation will be conducted. The company will then take all action required to remedy the violation of this policy.

Confidential information is a valuable asset and must be protected. 
 Confidential information may include but is not limited to the following: Personnel information  Technical information about products or processes  Lists of customers, purchase prices, etc.  Company strategy information  Customer research and development 
 Confidential information must not be used, in any circumstances, for personal gain, or for purposes other than your responsibilities as an employee of Constellium. 
 Do not discuss publicly or share any confidential information. This includes posting on social media.

The right to privacy is a fundamental value for employees. 
 The company is committed to protecting the personal data of all its stakeholders, and in particular, its employees and business partners. Constellium only collects and keeps data that is necessary for its business activities: 
 Personal  Research and Development  Process and Strategy     Computers, email and internet access are provided primarily for business use. 
 Company property and resources are intended to help employees achieve Constellium’s business goals.

All  financial transactions need to be accurately and properly recorded.  
 We must: Not intentionally cause Constellium's documents to be incorrect or misleading in any way.  Not create or participate in the creation of any records that are intended to conceal anything that is improper or incorrect.  Cooperate with internal and external auditors.  Report any knowledge of untruthful or inaccurate statements or records or transactions.  Intentional production of unsatisfactory product, slow down, or mislabeling that jeopardizes the company’s reputation. PLEX records must be updated and accurate at all times.

Scene 8

The purpose of this policy is to ensure proper use of all company property and resources.  Employees are prohibited from unauthorized possession or use of property or supplies belonging to Constellium. All property and supplies are to be used for business purposes only.  Any misuse or theft of company property by employees or third parties must be reported.  Misappropriation of Constellium property is subject to disciplinary actions or up to separation.

All Constellium employees and any visitors are required to comply with Constellium's Code of Conduct and to actively support its values and principles.  Constellium has adopted a zero-tolerance policy for violations of the basic principles of this Code of Conduct.  Anyone who does not comply with this Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary actions which may lead to dismissal, even if he or she reports the breach himself or herself.  Disciplinary actions for any breach of this Code may include dismissal.
