[Audio] The main purpose of this presentation is to provide you all with clear expectations we have in regards to what the new product line is, as well as an introduction to our new client. [Audio] The New product line for Coco bear is introducing a collection of three Newborn baby bundles into our current children's clothing product line. These bundles are the perfect way to expend our company, through the curation the most perfect items, boxed up and ready to be gifted. Please see the prototypes both on the screen and beside me. We will endeavour to launch these newborn bundles on the 29th of November 2021. Now that the new product line has been shared, please let me introduce to you all, our newest client, David Jones. This new client will positively assist in delivering our amazing new products to our customers through their vast number of department stores across Australia as well as through their online store. Taking away any unnecessary stresses coming from delivery services and enabling us to reach a larger amount of our customers..

[Audio] We really look forward to seeing all your individual talents shine through with both the new product launch and new Client sign on. This is why we are empowering you all to become involved. This involvement is encouraged through your department groups, as well as within the feedback you will provide at the end of this presentation, so please do not feel afraid to be honest! [Audio] Group level communication has been used in this current presentation, as these two new actions require us to work together as a team to have a positive outcome. Departments will continue to utilise the group level communication style to ensure consistent shared knowledge of organisational activities, with the focus on their department. Interpersonal level communication will be also applied to enable you all to access your superiors to allow for feedback, support and personal guidance. [Audio] As we are expanding our organisation, the use of technology will be heavily integrated both informally and formally. Formal technological integration involves this presentations itself through the use of PowerPoint decks and gathering your feedback via the Survey monkey online platform, enabling you to all provide honest, anonymous feedback.
