DAY 1. On Tuesday, 28th June we left for Chitral at 6:40 am from Pakistan Railway hospital. We had a breakfast at Hassan Abdal at 8 am Nd then left for Chitral at 8:45 am . Then we have a short break for Namaz Zohar at 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm. We had a lunch at 3 pm at River view hotel. We left the hotel at 4 pm. We arrived at hotel Chitral inn at 8:45 pm . We had a dinner at 11 pm..

DAY 2. On Wednesday 29th June, we had breakfast at 8 am in Chitral Inn hotel and left for the camp at 9 am.Our 1st camp was in was held at Al khidmat hospital Nd includes Derma and peads department. The team includes Dr Azhar Dr Wassam Sir Waseem Dr Awais Dr Umer . Our Camp 2 was held at Al khidmat diagnostic centre and includes Ent and medicine department and team includes Dr Islam Dr Farrukh Dr Hassan Dr Arhum Dr Ahmad Dr Hamza . Both camps started at 10 am and ended at 2 pm. During these 4 hours we checked more than 350 patients and medical of worth 85 thousand were provided to the patients. Most prevalent cases were epigastric discomfort, joint pain , Gerd , headache ,tonsillitis , Acne , Malasma , freckles and vaginal discharge. Some rare cases like hyperthyroidism , renal colic , follicular tonsillitis, ecthiosiis were also diagnosed. We arrived at hotel for lunch at 2 pm . Then our team visited Agosh orphan home at 4 pm . At 5 pm we left for Bumburet valley and reached there at 9 pm . Our stay was at Chitral Inn hotel where we had a dinner at 11 pm..

Day 3. OnThursday June 30, we had breakfast at 7:30 am at Chitral Inn Hotel Kalash and then left for the camp at 8:30 am. The camp was held at Bumburet valley and it was started at 10am. During this camp we checked more than 200 patients of Medicine Peads Derma and Ent and medicine of worth 85 thousand were provided to the patients . The camp was ended at 1:15 pm . Most prevalent cases in this area were of epigastric pain, osteoarthritis, UTI, backpain , Sinusitis, DNS, Acne, solar lentingen and irregular menstrual cycle. Special cases include Herpes zoster infection, Keloid Postmenopausal bleeding, Disc prolapse , functional dyspepsia and pharyngitis . We had a lunch break at 1:15 pm for 1 hour. Then we visited chitral valley between 2:30 to 4:30 pm and returned to hotel at 5 pm. We had a dinner at 9:45 pm at Chitral Inn hotel..

DAY 4. On Friday 1st July, we had a breakfast at 5:30 am at Kalash and left for Drosh at 6 am . We reached our camp site at 9 am . the camp was started at 10 am and ended at 3 pm . After praying Juma in nearby mosque we had our lunch break for 1 hour. In this camp more than 500 patients were checked and medicine of worth 1 lac 40 thousand rupees only were provided to the patients . Common cases were heartburn, body pain, headache, depression, UTI's, antenatal, sore throat, tonsillitis, Acne, freckles. Rare cases include cellulitis , sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis, vaginal mass, psoriasis, ecthiosiis and grave disease . Camp was ended at 3 pm and we left for Garam Chasma at 3:30 pm . We had a short stay for Namaz at 7 pm and reached Kala Chasma at 9 pm. We had a dinner at River view hotel at 10 pm..

DAY 5. Saturday 2nd July, At 8 am breakfast was served and we left for our 4th and the last camp which was at Garam Chasma it was started at 9 am.There was a lunch break of 1 hour and the camp ended at 4:30pm. In this camp more than 1000 patients were checked and medicine of worth 2 lac approximately were given to patients. In this area most common cases were of epigastric pain, gastritis, gastroenteritis, Dysmenorrhoea Irregular menstrual cycle, tonsillitis, sore throat, earache, acne, lipoma and Malasma Some special cases were also reported like migraine, arterial occlusion, spleenomegaly T Wave inversion, Bittod spots, trigium , vetilogi and psoriasis . Camp was ended at 4:30 pm and we left for hotel at 4:45 pm. The team went for swimming in a nearby pool after the camp and had our last dinner at Gharam Chasma at 10 pm..

DAY 6. On Sunday 3rd July, Breakfast was served to us at 6 am and we left garam chasma at 7 am. We reached Chitral at 9 am and we visited local market for shopping. At 11 am we left for Islamabad . At 2 pm we had a stay for lunch and namaz and left for Islamabad at 3 pm. Finally we reached Islamabad at 9 pm..
