Scali1g-LJp Integrated Care package Diabetes and Hypertension in
SUMMARY OF KEY FINDINGS
NIPH in With the Department Ot preventive Medicine MOH implements a
research project on "Scaling-Up Integrated Care Package for Type-2 Diabetes and Hypertension"
in Cambodia. The prorct aims to assess the current situation of care initiatives for people with
(T20) and hypertension (H T). with a focus on primary health care services,
