All requested features needs to develop and it will take 5 days, 14th Aug SYB/SSP MODULE • The SYB (Student Yearbook) report does not display the status of filled and unfilled columns separately on the dashboards of Headmistresses, Academic Coordinators, and HRTs. • SYB and subject-wise attendance do not reflect student names roll number wise. • In case ofa section change, the attendance records for the student do not carryover and appear blank. As a result, teachers must recalculate attendance from scratch. The same issue occurs with the marks entry as well. • The subject-wise report underthe SSP tab currently displays inaccurate data and needs correction. • The Students' ID Card module is currently inactive and needs to be enabled for operational use..
REGARDING-PIG-SET-UP-MODULE;-We are working on it. Major points have been completed accept email engine, all point will be done in next 2-3 days, 7th Aug. • • • • • • • As per the PTC manual, once the initiator clicks Submit, a notification email should be sent to the principal for review. However, in this case, the email was not triggered. (Team is working on email engine) Student Council member names should be listed along with their admission numbers. (New Requirement) Currently, there is no option to upload multiple photos in the PTC report module. Additionally, an option to remove duplicate photos should be available before final submission. (New Requirement) Even after initiating and approving the PTC from the Principal's dashboard, the "Review PTC" tab remains enabled. (As per my knowledge, it is the final step to complete a PTC, it is required after auditor remarks) Even after uploading the photos twice, they are not visible in the system. (It was an issue, which is sorted now) Invitation emails are expected to be sent to parents, and task assignment notifications to the internal school team. However, the notifications were sent only to internal members, and not to the parents as mentioned in the PTC manual. (Once email engine will be ready then notifications, reminder will work properly. Mean while we have given option to download QR code from the parent portal and PTC initiator's portal) As per the process, the "Send Reminder" option under PTC Approval should be enabled five days before the scheduled PTC. However, the reminder tab is currently not visible. (Due to email engine is not working) As per the reminder email process, parents who confirm attendance by clicking 'Click Here' and then 'Accept' are supposed to receive a QR code to facilitate check-in at the event. However, no QR code was received by the parents. (Due to email engine it is not happening but parent can download it from their portal) The Principal is supposed to have the option to personalize the Thank You email using a draft template, but the option is not available. (New Requirement).
Completed by 1 lth Aug SESSION PLAN / RESOURCE / ATTENDANCE • The Sports Department is unable to upload their session plan as their Uls are not visible in the system. (l have to check it with the team about the issue) • There is no option for Academic Coordinators, Headmistress, or Principal to view the session plan report on SMS. (It is available) The attendance report should have the option to download as an Excel file. (New Requirement) REGARDING QUESTION BANK MODULE We have shown all the below points to Mr. Vinod and Mr. Christopher. All are working accept the easy interface. We shall make it easy in next 2-3 days, 7th Aug. • • • • • • • The interface is not user-friendly and lacks basic word processing features. Formatting options like font change, inserting images, and equations are not available. Symbols, fractions, and special characters are difficult to insert. Copy-paste from Word documents is not supported. Editing a question creates a duplicate instead of updating the original. All members must approve of a question before it reaches the anchor. Uploading one question takes around 20 minutes. Social Science maps cannot be uploaded. Hindi font auto-converts from Nirmala to Kruti Dev..

BYOD IMPLIMATION CHALLENGES. Technical Issues. Wi-Fi bandwidth limitations – Network becomes unstable when many devices connect simultaneously. ( During PLCs, Maximum Usage during BYOD) --> In Process Insufficient infrastructure – Lack of upgraded ICT labs and support systems. --> In Process Incompatibility – Devices vary in operating systems and capabilities, making it hard to ensure uniform access to learning tools. ( In Progress) Power supply issues – Limited charging points in the class rooms. (As suggested to use charged Laptop) Parental Concerns Reluctance to accept BYOD – Many parents are not ready to provide personal devices due to cost, misuse fears, or security risks Digital distraction fears – Concerns that devices may be used for games, social media, etc., rather than learning. Financial burden – Not all families can afford devices that meet school specifications. Ensuring Physical security of devices..
