The first of these is Branch Business Operations, which plays a critical role in processing of lending facilities in branch . Key responsibilities under this segment include: Handling Security Documentation: Managing all legal and collateral documentation related to the approved lending facilities. Ownership Transfers: Facilitating and verifying the proper transfer of asset ownership where applicable. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring strict adherence to all facility approval conditions, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements..

Four Disbursement Units under COE - Each product is handled by a dedicated unit to ensure efficient processing WPC Processing Unit – Processing lease files up to LKR 2 million (e.g., 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers) FD Loan Processing Unit – Processing loans secured against fixed deposits Micro Loan Processing Unit – Processing microloan products SME Payment Processing Unit – Processing all other lending products.
