Segment 2-Central Operations – Centre of Excellence (COE): The COE is managing centralized disbursement operations for over 205 branches through four dedicated disbursement units. The WPC Unit is disbursing lease facilities up to rupees two million, mainly for 2- and 3-wheelers. The FD Loan Unit is handling loans backed by fixed deposits. The Micro Loan Unit is managing all microfinance disbursements. The SME Payment Unit is covering all other lending products not handled by the above units..
