[Audio] Special Initiatives: In the year 2019 initiated the project of Triple play service over Fiber (Telephone+ High speed Internet + Cable TV) in Visakhapatnam first time in India in BSNL with MSO Cable operator. Participated as a PANEL SPEAKER in the event of Celebration of AICTE Internship Day & Launch of 6.1 Lakh Internship Opportunities on 25th August 2021, in Ministry and PSU's panel and delivered key note address & provide suggestions on the future course of programmes to organize SKILL DEVELOPMENT Internship in collaboration with Industry & Service sectors in Government/PSU/Private sectors in India and also need to establish Research & Incubation Centers in Educational Institutions. Organized five days Management Development Programme (MDP) from 10th October to 14th October 2022 on "OFFICE AUTOMATION" for unemployment Youth & Housewife's at BSNL Training Point in Visakhapatnam with the support of MSME Development & Facilitation office Visakhapatnam. Participated as a JURY MEMBER in the Indian Skills- Regional Competition-South India on 2nd&3rd December 2021 for "Information Network Cabling "held in Visakhapatnam. Organized Three days Faculty Development Programme (FDP) in NIST University Berhampur on "NEXT GENERATION NETWORKS & DIGITAL CRYPTOGRAPHY" from 9th May to 11th May 2025. Academic Experience: Initiated first time in BSNL Skill development MOU's with Universities and Engineering Colleges and signed good number of MOU's for the past 10 years. Initiated and signed MOU with APSSDC on 4th December 2021. Initiated & signed MOU on 19th Sep 2022 with Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) to extend hands on experience through Internship for under graduation students in Technical / Non-Technical / Management verticals throughout the AP state for FIVE years.
