[Audio] Gift of the givers is a South African organization that specifically deals with humanitarian aid, meaning it assists people who are in a vulnerable situations and they provide help as soon as possible. Its mission is to provide different services such as medical and health care services, community and skills development, education, disaster relief, water purification, food security and orphan children support. Our campaign's goal is to restore the organization's reputation and raise awareness..
[Audio] Gift of the givers is the largest disaster response, non-governmental organization from Africa. It works to unite people with a common vision, and by also telling unique stories by serving mankind. It assists regardless of race, gender, religion, color and etcetera. Gift of the givers restores hope and dignity in times of need..
[Audio] The campaigns objectives is to simply enhance the organization's reputation, raise awareness to N-W-U students about the work that Gift of the givers has done in many countries. The third objective is to foster community engagement, this could be by volunteering for different activities and collaborating with other diverse partnerships for funding..
[Audio] Next up is analyzing the situation using pest analysis, Number 1, political is looking at governmental regulations and political uncertainty in different region, number 2, economic is managing the donations , number 3, social is communicating the social perspective of the organization and its impact on the society, and last but not least, technological, influencing technology for fundraising, communication and logistics.
[Audio] Now looking at the swot analysis, the organization's strengths is in disaster response, various services, leadership and efficient in use of funds. Weaknesses are financial vulnerability, reliance on zakat. Opportunities are various fundings, enhancing humanitarian support and potential for growth in media. Threats are the competition in non-governmental organizations, and risks in reputation..
[Audio] The reputational issues that the organization is facing is the stereotype in that G-O-G is a charity only for Muslims, this limits support from other organizations and partnerships like G-O-G--. The organization is dependent on Zakat which leads to financial vulnerability due to relying on it. The rising of competition is affecting the organization's reputation as many of the organization also wants funds and media recognition..
[Audio] This is the stakeholder map, consisting of different stakeholders involved in the campaign and us divided in to primary, secondary and tertiary stakeholders..
[Audio] The strategies and tactics that will be used include the use of press release, engaging with a media, community engagement and the use of social media to build recognition for G-O-G-..
[Audio] The campaign will have 4 phases, the first phase is for researching and planning, the second phase is for media engagement, launching press releases and interviews, the third phase is for involving the community, organising events, fundraising and corporate outreach, the fourth phase is for evaluation and campaign review, analyzing the outcomes..
[Audio] The campaign has allocated a budget for different activities. As shown in the charts, it represents various activities with various amounts also that will be needed for the campaign, and it is quite affordable..
[Audio] In conclusion, the aim of the campaign is to enhance GOG's reputation, increase awareness and have diverse donors. By implementing these strategies, they will allow the organization to reach a larger audience and stenghtens its impact. Continuing to evaluate and adapting to the strategies is important for maintaining long-lasting relationships and success..
