Business and Professional English Oral Examination – Intake I 2026 IMPORTANT NOTES  If you are absent on the examination date due to an illness, your oral examination marks can be transferred to the next immediate examination. You are expected to submit a medical certificate as proof of your illness along with the table given below, filled within 14 days from the examination date. It will be valid ONLY for the next immediate examination. • Results will be published on the SLIM website within one month from the final examination date. Result sheets or letters of oral examination transfer (Only for absent students) should be collected from SLIM / Study Centres within one month after releasing the results. • Only the oral examination marks will be transferred. Therefore, student should coordinate with SLIM/Study Centre to apply for the next immediate examination before the registration closing date by submitting a repeat examination application form along with a payment of LKR 2,000 as a repeat examination fee. PRESENTATION GUIDELINES • Duration of the Presentation: 10 Mins for the presentation & 10 Mins for the Questions and Answers. • Please be kind enough to bring your presentation slides as a PowerPoint Show in PDF format. • Students should bring two copies of the presentations, printed one slide per page. • You MUST be present 20 minutes before the allocated time. 18th July 2026 Oral Examination Date.
