[Virtual Presenter] TIRED OF BAD NEWS? WELL, HERE’S SOME GOOD NEWS: “THE GOOD NEWS HIDDEN IN THE GOOD BOOK” IS HERE Back in the late 1980s, a young man came across some alarming information about the church. He discovered that many of the things taught were contrary to what the Bible was saying. This young man decided to write an article on the information that he had found while reading on church history. The article that he was writing turned into a book. This book was published in 1994 as The Many Faces of Babylon. While working on his first book, this young man, whose name is Paul Hunter, began compiling information on different religions and decided to write about his experience in a cult that he got delivered from as teen. This second writing project on his experience in a cult was published in 1996 under the title Prophets and Profits. While working on his first book, Paul Hunter began compiling information on different religions. After completing his second book, he resumed his work on various religions and created a booklet in 1997 called A Comparison Between Apostolic Christianity and Other Religions. Several people who knew that Paul Hunter was familiar with symbols asked him about writing a book on symbols. He took the information he had and began working on gathering more information for the next 11 years. Eleven years after beginning this fourth research project, Paul Hunter published The Revelation Dictionary of Gods, Religion, and Symbols. Paul Hunter took a break from writing books to further his education in a second graduate program. While in school, he was inspired to write a book on the Bible that would show readers how God used various people and circumstances to bring about his Good News. This fifth book, which he started while in his second grad program, was finished in 2023, two years after leaving seminary. This inspirational reference book is entitled Good News Hidden in the Good Book. The Good News Hidden in the Good Book contains entries on every book in the Bible, many major characters in the Bible, and info on some minor characters while showing how they supported the good news or whose lives were examples in other ways.
