During covid 19 health system was drastically affected by it. Pharmacists are the front-line workers because they came directly in contact with patients. Even sample collection of covid patietnts are directly done by the pharmacist Pharmacy  staff was supposed to wear the PPE kit full day and plastic shield to cover their faces.

During pandemic In Canada, Health Canada has issued power to pharmacist to receive verbal orders of controlled substance and affected the privacy and confidentiality legislation s of patients data. Impacted the working style like Provide virtual counselling. temporarily provide virtual telephone assessments in order to prescribe (Manitoba). provide reimbursed patient assessments, information and care related to COVID-19. Virtually medication reviews, witnessing the ingestion of opioid agonist treatment, demonstrating the use of a medical device, and deprescribing consultations..

Due to online working system during pandemic leads to misuse of ethical data. Many cyber crime cases were reported during the covid-19 Online systems were hacked because majority of workers work on their own private system.

Post pandemic leads to fear in the patients mind even though threat of covid 19 has been weaken after vaccinations but still patients want online services. Pandemic has just given another comfortable zone to patients they don’t want to visit the pharmacy and all they want all services should be online and medicines should be delivered to their houses. Pandemic has changed the whole working style health system. Nowadays pharmacies became more busier then earlier. Pharmacist has to work online everything should be explained online even counselling are provided on video calls..

Availability:  It should be analyzed that online work  and system are working properly and there are not easily available to any unauthorized person. System must be secured with high z security to protect data from any source of vulnerability .

Authenticity:   Authenticity of data must be maintained. Patients' demographic and personal information must be protected to maintain the authenticity of the data collection.

Accountability  :-  Must be maintained and proper record of the data captured and stored must be recorded to maintain the accountability .
