Details should include, if possible, at a minimum: 1. Location of bomb; 2. Precise time bomb is set to detonate; 3. Reason bomb was planted; and 4. Any other information or details that could help locate the bomb or persons responsible for planting the bomb.

Communication personnel must evaluate each call and then alert the Aviation Duty Manager to initiate the Protocol when needed. If the threat is against a private business, the decision to conduct a search or sweep will be determined by the owner/person in charge of the facility and Police assistance may be provided on request.
